How to order from our website?

  1. Navigate to a product page. Use the search box, browse by manufacturer, sale items, hot deals or what's new categories.
  2. Click on item to order it or for more information, to e-mail item specifications, for related, replacement and/or possible repair items associated with this product. The page will reload and confirm the quantity and item ordered. After clicking on "add to cart" you can update your desired quantity.
  3. To complete your order, click on "checkout." To add an item to your cart, click on "continue shopping." If you ever want to view the items in your cart, you can click on "add to cart" and it will take you to your cart page where you can remove and update quantities for any item.
     

Is ordering Online Secure?

When you use your credit card to shop on our online site, rest assured the transaction is secure. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an advanced encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). This technology safeguards your personal information and guarantees privacy.
 

I can't find the product I am looking for?

To search for a product, please use our search function found on the upper right hand corner of the webpage. Type in a keyword, part number or manufacturer name. Not all of our products are on our website, if you're looking for an older part related to propane carburetion and don't find it on our webpage, please give us a call. We will do our best to ship correct parts from the descriptions given. Order inquiries can be faxed/e-mailed with drawings or schematics to ensure correct shipments.
 

How do I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?

Our goal is to provide the fastest service possible to our customers. In order to accomplish this, orders are automatically processed immediately after they are received. Thus we cannot modify your order once it has been placed through our website. When you receive the order, you may return the unused item in its original packaging and original condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. See the return policy. Returns must be accompanied by the receipt and will be refunded in the original method of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
 

Can I return a product that I special ordered?

Any product special ordered cannot be returned. A special order product is defined as, but is not limited to: any merchandise a customer orders that is not available in stock or not normally stocked or has been ordered at a customers request. All special orders are subject to pre-payment in full. Pre-payment is non-refundable/non-transferable. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Special order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.
 

How do I place an international order?

We are happy to accommodate your international order (non U.S.). ACME only accepts wire transfer of funds directly to our bank (wire transfer fee is $11) and will not ship the parts until funds are received in full and confirmed by our bank. To proceed with an order, shop from our online catalog and e-mail DLILLIE@ACMECARB.COM with the subject reading ACME Website International Order and the following info in the e-mail:

  • Part number & description
  • Quantity of each part desired
  • Website price (the web prices are at a discount from our normal retail prices)
  • Your name, company name, billing and shipping address & phone number

Upon submission of your order we will make you an invoice confirming the above info and let you know what your UPS shipping charges will be to your specific shipping location along with the $11 wire fee and info on how to wire funds to our bank. We will ship your order immediately upon receiving the bank confirmation of the wire transfer.
